Energy Storage Plants

EWC GROUP designs and produces Energy Storage Plants for different applications: connected with electrical grid, offline, or micro hybrid. The plants stored energy can be sized according to the power required by the system that you want to power (from 3 kW to 1000 kW and more). The facilities consist of the following items:

  • Polycrystalline photovoltaic modules (250 W)
  • Metal structures for mounting panels
  • Cables and cable ducts
  • Integrated photovoltaic inverter + storage system with lead-gel batteries
  • Generator relief
  • Transfer panel
  • Distribution panel
  • Project/Design
  • Assembly, installation, commissioning

Photovoltaic panels, installed on special metal structures fixed to the ground, start the power to the switchgear inverter which will connect the storage batteries. By generator relief part the supply line toward the picture switching (between FV and GE) from which will be drawn the power for the framework utilities. The plant's primary function will pick the energy from the photovoltaic system and power the framework utilities and storage batteries. Depending rescue a relay control voltage and frequency adjustable time and value will start the generator via the automatic switchover will ensure that the energy plant. This type of plant can be interlocked in different applications such as:

  • Water pumping stations
  • Irrigation systems
  • Lighting systems
  • Small industrial plants

In case of presence of wind it is possible associate photovoltaic panels + implant micro wind for the power supply of the batteries. This solution allows to reduce the overall dimensions of the plant as well as to feed the plant itself also during the night hours.
In the context Industrial we are able to provide:

  • Single battery
  • Rack Solution, consisting So-Nick batteries, electrical panel, BMS and optional inverter (PCS) for the two-way charging and discharging of batteries
  • Solution in cabinet, for both indoor and outdoor environments, consisting of batteries So-Nick, paintings and disconnectors, and optional inverter (PCS) for the two-way charging and discharging of batteries.
  • Solution in outdoor containers (SPRING), composed So-Nick batteries, switchboards, BMS and inverter (PCS) for the two-way charging and discharging of batteries.
